Introduction to Hockley Ladies Website.
Hockley Ladies are a vibrant section, with around 115 playing members and a good spread of handicaps: 10% cat. 2; 40% cat. 3; 30% cat. 4 and 20% cat. 5.
A very friendly welcome is extended to new members.
Ladies Day is Thursday, tee times are not required, and ladies have equal rights.

Over recent years some of our Lady members have achieved many successes:-8 County Champions in the last 12 years,1995 and 1997 Helen Wheeler, and in 1998 Emma Weeks.
Five County Foursome's winners in the same period three times, Daily Mail Foursomes Champions in the '80's and '90's.
Three times, Mail on Sunday winners 1996, 2000 and 2002
1999 Hockley won the Stoneham Cup,Liz Mc Combe was the English Senior Ladies Champion, winner of the Two Counties Trophy, and the Portuguese Seniors Champion.
2000 Hockley won the North Hants Trophy, Liz Mc Combe was the English Seniors Matchplay Champion, the English Seniors Strokeplay Champion, and the English Seniors Foursomes Champion with V. Morgan.
2001 Hockley won the Hezlet Cup & North Hants Trophy, Emma Weeks was the South East Intermediate Champion.
2002 Hockley won the Hezlet Cup, Liz McCombe was the winner of the Winter Scratch Cup.
2003 Hockley have won the Hull Shield, the Hezlet Cup, and the North Hants Trophy.
